With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. This is a very convenient service. We are purchasing a home and being able to fill out the large amount of paperwork online and return in a professional format has really come in handy. I would definitely recommend PDF Filler.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

It's so user friendly and very robust in the many changes that I need to make to any given file.

I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

I signed up for the free trial and was…
I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.
