At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I am finding it very helpful. I would be interested in learning how to use it better, so a webinar would be helpful. We have a business account and most of our staff do not know how to use it at all yet, so a webinar would be really helpful.

it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

Does fifty hour affidavit have to be notarized?
The parent or guardian must fill out a Fifty-Hour Affidavit and get it notarized to be presented at the Driver Exam Station. Ohio's laws, fines, and other punishments for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
What is a 50-hour affidavit Kansas?
A licensee will need to provide an affidavit to the driver licensing office stating that they have completed at least 50 hours of practice driving, with at least 10 practice hours at night, supervised by a licensed adult 21 years of age or older and signed by their parent or guardian.
