The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

How can I change my visa appointment?
You can log into the system using your passport number, date of birth, and country of citizenship. You can select Cancel or Reschedule Appointment from the options on the Applicant Summary page. You can change the appointment date (cancel, reschedule) as many times as you need before the deadline for doing so.
Can you change your visa appointment location?
Yes, you can change the location of the visa interview place if it is another city within the SAME country of original DS 160 application. Additionally, you should check with the embassy of the new country before scheduling to check if you can apply at their embassy if you are not a native of that country.
