I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

PDFfiller has exceeded my expectations.
I regularly have a need to complete and to apply signatures to PDF documents. PDFfiller is a real time-saver in that it eliminates the need to print a hard copy and then manually complete, sign, and scan the PDF documents. Also, the PDFs that it creates end up looking much tidier and more professional. As a bonus, the software saves and maintains a duplicate record of all my PDF papers.
I originally subscribed to PDF Filler, under urgent circumstances, simply to be able to apply a verified electronic signature to a single document. But I've been awed by how versatile and useful it is. I now use it almost weekly. As a business owner, PDFfiller has been a great value. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an occasional or even a regular need to edit and to apply signatures to PDF documents.
There's really nothing about PDFfiller that I don't like. This is highly unusual for me as I'm not the most tech-savvy person and I frequently end up frustrated with software.

Has a free trial, has many tools, easy to use and has template searching capabilities.
If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

I enjoy using pdfFiller.As with free products, sometimes the function is limited. However, I think that it is a good investment. You can do much with pdfFiller. Notably the reason I rated pdfFiller 4 stars rather than 5 stars is a small (but important to me) reason:PDF Filler has color options for its highlights and pens for annotation, yet compared to some of the other apps and programs, I was slightly disappointed with the display of some of the color options especially with the highlights.Otherwise, this is a great device.
