The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Filling out forms on the daily used to be such a pain. Now it is easy!
so much better than printing a page, filling it out, getting my boss to sign it, scanning it, and emailing. upload a signature, fill it out, email or save to computer. easy peasy
Honestly nothing. If I HAD to complain, scrolling from page to page on a multi-page document isn't always smooth scrolling.

Very effective tool that enables me to upload and mark students PDF assessments. I would love to learn more to speed up the process further and have some questions re adding colour to symbols i.e. tick symbol

What do you like best?
The tools are easy to find in PDF filler.
What do you dislike?
It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.
