Took me a while to figure out how to…
Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.

Easy but not so afdordable
Not too bad
Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

Can I break my lease if management changes?
Management entails making sure the property is kept up and the tenants pay their rent on time. When a property owner changes management companies, it does not allow a tenant to break his lease, except in special cases.
Does the new owner have to honor my lease?
Although landlord-tenant laws vary across the U.S., in all states a lease survives a sale unless otherwise stated in the lease itself. Tenants' rights do not change in any way with the sale of the property they rent. A new landlord must honor a lease as if he signed it himself.
Is lease void if property is sold?
Sell the Property with an Active Lease In almost every state, the lease and security deposit must be transferred with the property, and the new owner becomes the new landlord. A fixed-term lease does not automatically terminate when a property is sold.
Can a new owner collect back rent?
Renting out a property can be a lucrative source of income as long as your tenants pay consistently. Once the date is stamped on paper that someone else owns the building, you can no longer collect the rent from the new owner's tenants, unless there are some conditions already in place.
What happens if your apartment building is sold?
Some leases contain provisions that allow the landlord to terminate if the building is sold, or require you to enter into a new agreement with the new owner. And, if your lease doesn't contain that provision, in most cases the new owner will be bound by the terms of your lease.
What happens if my landlord changes?

Can you get out of a lease due to mental illness?
If a tenant has a mental or physical disability or is sixty or older, and that tenant has a physical or mental disability that requires the tenant to relocate because of a need for care or treatment that cannot be provided in the rental unit, the tenant can terminate the lease.
Can you get out of a lease if you die?
No, the lease is not null and void when a tenant dies. In long-term leases the estate is responsible for the length of the lease, but many landlords will let the estate break the lease agreement even though they're not required by law to do so.
