Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

I was printing IRS form 1099-MISC and wish there was a way I could have copied all info from the first page to the subsequent pages, but there wasn't.

I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

I like the most is you can process all the documents in computer no need to print any paper, save time, save money and save our environment.
What do you dislike?
I do not like it is the soft ware does not allow to edit Chinese fonts, I wish that Chinese can be edited too. That will be greatest function.

Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. We had account and payment issues; and contacted via online help. We received prompt and frequent communication that helped us solve the issue within a few interactions (all over the weekend too!).

This app is great
This app is great. I wish there were more affordable options. I have used it a lot recently but this will not be normal. But it would be convenient to use sporadically at a lesser cost.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)

I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.

How to Use the Rewrite Dropdown Warranty Feature
The Rewrite Dropdown Warranty feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily update and modify warranty information in your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document in pdfFiller and click on the 'Rewrite Dropdown Warranty' button.

A dropdown menu will appear with the existing warranty options. Select the option that you want to modify or update.

Once you've selected the option, a text box will appear where you can make changes to the warranty information. Edit the text as needed.

If you want to add additional warranty options, click on the 'Add Option' button. A new dropdown menu will appear where you can enter the new option.

To delete a warranty option, click on the 'Delete Option' button next to the option you want to remove.

After making all the necessary changes, click on the 'Save' button to apply the modifications to the document.

You can also click on the 'Cancel' button if you decide not to make any changes.
