The complaint has a First Count, Second Count, Third Count and Fourth Count. The form did not allow editing of the formatting to insert space for identifying the "Count" being addressed. Otherwise, the form was fine.

I am glad to have this filler. At my school we are trying to go paperless. It is expensive. Sometimes hard to maneuver and cumbersome to use. Once I get the hang of it and use it more often I am sure I will become more adept at using the filler.

I really like this app

Eliminating so much wasted paper
Very good! Would highly recommend to any fast paced office
We have cut out paper usage in half since we started using this product! And by refusing our waste we also reduced our shredding fees

Is a photo of a signed document legal?
There is a principle in US law known as the “best evidence” rule -- which permits only the “best evidence” of a fact under dispute to be admitted. If you have a photocopy of the contract, that's even better, as the document itself can be reviewed by the fact-finder (and opposing party).
Is a picture of a signature legally binding?
Obviously, you cannot just take a picture of your signature on a piece of paper, crop it, and paste in your documents to use it for making the documents legal. This method will not provide any decent level of evidence as someone else can easily copy-paste it from your document to another document.
Are there any rules for a signature?
In the United States, signatures encompass marks and actions of all sorts that are indicative of identity and intent. The legal rule is that unless a statute specifically prescribes a particular method of making a signature it may be made in any number of ways. These include by a mechanical or rubber stamp facsimile.
Is it legal to copy and paste a signature?
Also called a digital signature, it is any way of signing a non-printed document. However, it should be mentioned that an electronic signature doesn't necessarily mean legally binding because it refers to any online signature, which can include a copy-paste of your own signature.
What makes a signature legal?
A mark or sign made by an individual on an instrument or document to signify knowledge, approval, acceptance, or obligation. The term signature is generally understood to mean the signing of a written document with one's own hand. Almost all states have passed laws that recognize the validity of “digital signatures.”
Is a signed paper a legal document?
A document that's legally binding can be upheld in court. Any agreement that two parties make can be legally enforced, whether it's written or verbal. A signed document is important to have since it provides proof that an agreement exists and shows both parties agreed to identical terms.
How do you sign a legal document?
Put your initials in the bottom right corner of the document to indicate that you are in agreement with the contents of each page and that you made and approved the changes on certain pages. Look at the last page of the document, which is the signature page. Determine whether you need someone to witness your signature.
Is a signed quote legally binding?
It may depend on how the quote was given. Generally, a quote that you agreed to would constitute a contract and would be legally binding, whether given in writing or verbally. As long as an offer and acceptance is made or implied then any breach of contract can be legally disputed.
