This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

OK. some limitations, like I need conditional logic, so if someone checks the Yes box for a question, then require them to fill out other fields. Need this conditional logic functionality, critical for my application. Else not sure PDFFiller will be useful to us.

What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

The biggest problem we have is that we receive uneditable documents that we are able to edit easily with PDFFiller. It's super beneficial because it saves us so much time.

Can I put formula in Google Forms?
You can extend the Google Forms sheet to also include formula fields and the cell values are automatically calculated whenever a new row is added to the sheet by the Google Form. For instance: You can have an auto-number formula that assigns an auto-incrementing but sequential ID to every form response.
What can you not do with calculated fields in Google Data Studio?
Limits of data source calculated fields Calculated fields in data sources have the following limitations: You can't use a data source calculated field with blended data. You must have edit rights to the data source to create or edit calculated fields there.
Can we put formula in Google form?
Google Forms does not support dynamic calculations, but you can use Formfacade's calculate field option to automatically compute and display the data in real-time to the user filling the form. Calculated fields allow you to compute a field with values from other fields.
Can Google Forms calculate fields?
