What do you like best?
PDFfiller actually has lots of online tools that can help with many general document editing tasks. We can convert PDF files to lot of different document formats such as DOC files, which are files I use often at work. For document signing, editing and adding fillable fields is not complicated. The toolbar has tools that are neatly laid out and easy to access. There are lots of click-and-drag features that make using PDFfiller comfortable, even with hours of editing. There are also helpful collaboration options that let internal staff communicate about document edits.
What do you dislike?
From an admin perspective, it's been a delight working with PDFfiller, but some people that receive our digital documents can sometimes have trouble accessing the files and knowing how to sign them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDFfiller can be a valuable solution if you need to make lots of edits to PDF files and don't have a much experience with more advanced software like Adobe Acrobat. It seems to be designed for beginner users, but can also work for more expert document editors.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Even though I know how to use various popular PDF and document editing software, I often turn to PDFfiller to allow for more intuitive editing features and its abilities to work with just about any PDF we load into it. It's a versatile editing solution that lets us quickly format our documents to our specifications.

How do I add to the content library in PandaDoc?

Just save your content from an existing template or document into your library by selecting theMoreJust save your content from an existing template or document into your library by selecting the desired blocks or pages. Then name the item add it to a folder if you wish to easily locate the content

How do I assign all fields in PandaDoc?

Instead of adding fields and clicking on them one by one to assign them, start by choosing the recipient first then adding all of the fields that person needs to fill out or sign. Once a recipient is selected, any fields added to the document will automatically be assigned to them.

How do I add variables in PandaDoc?

Using CRM variables in titles Copy a CRM variable you'd like to insert in the template title. Open a template you use to create documents from your CRM and paste the copied variable into the template title. Create a document from this template via your CRM and the variable will be auto-filled with the field value.

How to export from PandaDoc?

Follow the steps: Open your Catalog and choose Export. Go to your email inbox, and open the PandaDoc email to download your CSV file.

How to add fillable fields in PandaDoc?

To add a field, open your document/template first, then go to the Content panel on the right, select a role/recipient who will fill out this field later, or add a new one under "Fillable fields for". After that, click on the field or drag and drop it to the place you need.

How do I save a PandaDoc template to the content library?

Click the three dots above the page you would like to add to the library, here you will see the option to add the page to the Content Library. Specific blocks: To start, click on the block you wish to save, once the block is clicked a floating menu bar appears at the top. Click on the 'Add to Library' icon.

How do I share a PandaDoc template?

To share a Template or Content Library item, start by going to your Templates/Content Library list. Hover on the far right over the content you'd like to share, click on the vertical ellipses, then choose Share to workspace from the dropdown menu.

How do I copy a template in PandaDoc?

To copy, move, rename, or delete a single document/template, hover over the document on the far right, click on the vertical ellipses, and choose an action from the dropdown.
