What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Alt+Shift’D: Insert the current date into your text. This command inserts a content control into your document text that can be updated. Alt+Shift+T: Insert the current time into your text.
There are two ways to insert a field code. The first way is, if you know the syntax, to press CTRL+F9 and enter the code for the function you wish to perform. Since most people don't have these complex memorized, there's another simpler way to do this! Click on the Insert tab on the Ribbon.
To insert the current date or time within the body of a Word document, place the cursor where you want the stamp. From the Insert tab, click the calendar and clock icon in the Text section. In the pop-up, choose the format and then click OK to insert.
ALT + SHIFT + D will insert the date, and every time you open the doc, the date should adjust. Some notes: You can insert all the special field brace pairs {} using ctrl-F9 on Windows Word.

Go to the spot in your footer where you want this date. Type Revised and press space. On the Insert tab>Text section>Quick Parts drop down, select Field. In the Field Window, pull down the Categories menu to Date and Time. Select SaveDate (the last time the document was saved or revised).
The definition of a revision date is the day when a change was made. An example of a revision date is January 13, 2012, when a specific account was modified.
Rev = revised. That is the month/year the label used on the bottle was last revised by the manufacturer and approved by the FDA.
Insert the Last Modified Date into a Word Document In Word, to insert the date the currently open document was last saved, or modified, click the Insert tab. In the Text section of the Insert tab, click the Quick Parts button and select Field from the drop-down menu.
