I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

How do I convert preflight with profile to PDF A?
Convert to PDF/X, PDF/A, or PDF/E using a profile Choose Tools > Print Production. Click Preflight. In the Preflight dialog box, choose PDF Standards from the Libraries drop-down list. Click on the Profiles tab. Expand a compliance profile and select the profile you want. Click Analyze And Fix.

Once all the files are selected, click Specify Settings under the Save icon. This will open the Output Options dialog box. Under Output Format select Export File(s) to Alternate Format. Select PDF/A from the “Export to” dropdown menu.
