Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

I us I nearly every day. It saves time and hassle,and it makes PDFS easy to customize. I love it!
I go this software to fill out forms, but it does SO much more than that! I can take educational PDFS, and change items to apply to my young students. Even the younger teachers in my group will send me a PDF, and ask me to "Do your magic" on it. My "magic" is PDF filler!
Wow....there isn't much I would change. It really works so very well. I might want to see a few more fonts available.

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.

Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

How do I transfer property without a lawyer?
It is basically used to transfer property and doesn't include any protection from a title insurance company. To change or transfer a deed without a lawyer, obtain a certified copy and review the information. After checking for accuracy, use a deed form that allows you to fill in the blanks.
Can I sell land without a lawyer?
From a legal perspective, you do not need to hire a real estate attorney when you purchase or sell land or property. In fact, you do not even have to involve a real estate agent as you can draw up a legal agreement directly with the other party involved in the transaction.
Can you sell a house without an attorney?
Except for a few states where you are required to hire a real estate attorney to do your closing, you do not have to hire an agent or attorney to help you. Or you might take care of most of the selling tasks yourself, and hire an attorney to help with the negotiations and closing paperwork.
Can land be purchased in cash?
To clarify, it is mandatory to quote PAN for sale/purchase of immovable property exceeding Rs 10 lakh. It should not be confused with cash payment. Prepare a valid deed. A deed is a legal instrument used to transfer property from one person to another. Execute the deed. A deed must be signed to be considered valid. Deliver the original deed or a certified copy of the deed to the grantee and ensure that the deed is recorded in the county's grantor-grantee index.
Can I transfer property to a family member?
Adding a family member to the deed as a joint owner for no consideration is considered a gift of 50% of the property's fair market value for tax purposes. Additionally, each owner will have a basis in their respective ownership interests equal to 50% donor's basis on the date of the transfer.
Can you transfer property to a dead person?
Each co-owner can name a beneficiary in his or her will. If there's no will, the deceased co-owner's interested in the property passes under state law to the closest relatives. Probate will be necessary to transfer the interest in the property.
