Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

This program really provides me the opportunity to create the forms and fillable documents that can help speed up my report filling.
I enjoy the different ways to sign and initial different documents that otherwise could not be sent back electronically without several steps. I also have created templates and forms for consistent reports and forms I will be using to help speed up my entries. Thank you I do enjoy the program But I only know a little about it. I wish there was a little more user friendly tutorials.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed...
New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

How many years left on fields contract?
As expected, the Pittsburgh Steelers did not pick up quarterback Justin Fields' fifth-year option, which is priced at $25 million. This means Fields will be entering the final year of his contract, but he could still remain in Pittsburgh past this season if the team extends his contract.
What are the four (4) requirements of a valid enforceable contract?
The basic elements required for the agreement to be a legally enforceable contract are: mutual assent, expressed by a valid offer and acceptance; adequate consideration; capacity; and legality. In some states, elements of consideration can be satisfied by a valid substitute.
Is an expired contract still valid?
An expired contract is a legally binding agreement that has reached the end of its term. Once the expiration date specified in the contract has passed, the parties are no longer obligated to fulfill the terms outlined in the agreement.
Is a contract void if it is not dated?
Answered. The dating of the contract is evidentiary of the date of exchange only and not essential. The contract could in fact be oral subject to the normal rules as to offer and acceptance. For the contract not to be binding on the parties as at the date of exchange there would need to be agreement to that effect.
Is a contract that is not dated valid?
It is difficult to envisage any circumstances where a contract would be void or unenforceable for lack of a date. Most contracts are not required to be in writing or signed, and an oral contract almost inherently does not have an express date.
Does a contract need to be dated to be valid?
While a contract does not have to be dated in order to be valid and enforceable, it is a good idea to do so. Dating a contract will help you to positively identify it later if you need to and will help you place it in its proper chronological context.
