some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

Little Confusing
It was a little bit confusing as my computer skills have deteriorated due my age and also effects of a stroke. Otherwise I was able to manage to obtain what I needed.

Able to quickly modify documents and create professional presentations.

Can't really think of any negatives. Maybe wish it were free.

definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.

As the modern standard, PDFs are the preferred way to invoice. Though you can create your own from scratch, it's much simpler to use one of the many premade templates available online.
How to encrypt a PDF file?
How to password protect a PDF file Click on the "Select a file" button above or drag and drop a PDF file into the drop zone. Enter a strong password and retype it to confirm. Click on "Set password". Once done, you can download the password-protected PDF document or sign in to share it with others.
How do I save an encrypted PDF as unencrypted?
Choose “Tools” > “Protect” > “Encrypt” > “Remove Security.” Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click “OK” to remove it from the document.
