I need to be able to attach photos to the document, but don't see how to do this. It shows how to upload photos to the form, but the pictures cover the form. I need a seperate page for photos to merge them.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Easy to Use
Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.

Learning how to use pdffiller
I'm just learning how to use pdffiller, and it's very easy to pick up. Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info.
I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!

I like how easy it is to navigate the site.
What do you dislike?
I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to edit certain documents that I was once before remaking the entire document for different clients.

Sometimes a bit complicated but no other company has my attention yet
This software can edit, find, fax, email, and fix documents. fax is strong, and blacking out and deleting items is nice.
Sometimes you can see where old edits have been made and they print bad.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Could perhaps be upgraded by getting you directly to one point you'are looking for in you document (pdfiller only underline the searched element but don't bring you to it).

What do you like best?
Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely.
What do you dislike?
It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.
