Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

love it! It is very convenient and really makes things so easy for a person to get paperwork for appoints done before we even arrive for the appointment.

I liked the flexibility to edit and make changes in my document.
Its rare to get something like this, especially for a pdf format. for me it made things easier as I was working on a pdf document and I wanted to make a few changes on it without converting to a word document.

How do I insert an image into a fillable PDF?
To insert an image into a PDF, you need to use the Edit object tool located in the Content tab on the right. When selected the tool, place cursor over the page and right click (CTRL click on Mac) and choose place image.
How do I add an image to a Google form?
You can upload an image, take a snapshot, direct the form to a URL, browse your Albums or your Drive, or do an online search for an image. Once you upload or select your image, it will be incorporated right into the question.
Can you add pictures to Microsoft forms?
In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to add a picture and then select the form header section. You can choose to search for pictures and images from Bing, your OneDrive folder, or upload a picture from your computer or device.
