In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

How do you name a PDF document?
Click the first PDF file you want to rename, or press Ctrl-A to select all the PDF files at once. Right-click on the PDF file you selected, or, if you selected all the PDF files, right-click on any of the files.
How do I remove a title from a PDF document?
Remove Metadata from PDF File Go to the “File” tab and choose the “Properties” > “Description” option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. You can edit and delete metadata as you want. Select the information that you want to delete.
How do I automatically name a file?
You can press and hold the Ctrl key and then click with the mouse the files to rename. Or you can even choose the first file, press and hold the Shift key, and then click the last file to select a group. Click the Rename button. Type the new file name and press Enter.
How do I rename multiple files without brackets?
If you have many files like this: cone (1).jpg. Create a bat file. The code for bat file is: Place the bat file in the same folder that you have multiple files that you want to work on it, and then double-click on the batch file, you will see the result like this:
How do I automatically rename files in Windows 10?
Right-click the desired file and then click Rename on the menu that opens up. Select the file with a left click and press Rename from the bar at the top of the screen. Select the file with a left click and then press F2 on your keyboard.
