Very Helpful Product This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer. The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.

Click on the button in the upper-left corner of your spreadsheet, where the column and row headers intersect. Press Ctrl+Shift+Space Bar. Press Ctrl+A.
Click the Select All button. Press CTRL+A. Note If the worksheet contains data, and the active cell is above or to the right of the data, pressing CTRL+A selects the current region. Pressing CTRL+A second time selects the entire worksheet.
Select a cell in the pivot table, and on the Ribbon, click the Options tab. In the Actions group, click Select. Click Entire Portable.
To reference a cell or range of cells in another worksheet in the same workbook, put the worksheet name followed by an exclamation mark (!) before the cell address. For example, to refer to cell A1 in Sheet2, you type Sheet2! A1.
By keyboard: First, press F6 to activate the sheet tabs. Next, use the left or right arrow keys to select the sheet you want, then you can use Ctrl+Space to select that sheet. Repeat the arrow and Ctrl+Space steps to select additional sheets. Right-click a sheet tab, and then click the Select All Sheets option.

Select the top-most cell in the desired range. Hold down CTRL (or if using a Mac COMMAND) and SHIFT on the keyboard and then press the down arrow key. This will select all the cells in the range as long as there are no empty cells in the range.
