It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. Very easy to use!!
Walks you through as you are filling out. Very helpful for first time user. Easy to go back to make corrections. I work in the dental field and our software does not convert to medical, so this software made it easy for me to use.

Great customer service
I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great PDF Editor. i haven't found much issues as of yet. Very convenient and responsive program. Does all I need. Hopefully the quality stays the same or improves. I'm satisfied as of now. Thanks.

Do you get the keys when you sign the lease?
If the apartment is empty and ready for you to move in, you'll get the keys when you sign the lease. Chances are, however, that the previous tenant will still be there or the apartment needs more work or your lease doesn't officially begin until a certain date. In these cases, you won't get the keys until move-in date.
Should I sign a lease before move in date?
You should aim to send the lease to your tenants 5 weeks before their move-in date. Let your tenants know when you expect the lease returned to you. This will help ensure you get it back in a timely manner. If you require they return it in 5 days, you'll be right on time to sign the lease 30 days before they move in.
How far in advance can you sign a lease?
Most lease agreements require the tenant give at least one month's notice before vacating the unit. Some require longer such as 60 or 90 days notice. Do not sign too far in advance for a rental house, or you might end up responsible for paying rent on two units.
Can you move in before your move in date?
That depends on the landlord and what your lease says. Once you pay the deposits and any pro-rated rent, and done the remove in walk-through, you should get the keys. But you should NOT be allowed to move anything into the property until the move-in date, which is the first date for which you've paid rent.
What happens if you sign a lease and never move in?
Signed lease but never moved in A lease becomes a contract when it is signed by both the landlord and tenant. If you signed a lease but never moved in it has no bearing on the contract. You must communicate as early as possible to the landlord that you're not interested in moving in and would like to break the lease.
Can you back out of an apartment lease before signing?
If you haven't signed a lease, there is nothing the “back out of”. There is no deal until the lease is executed by BOTH parties. You're under no obligation to rent the unit until you sign the lease. Ha, you're fine.
When Should landlord give keys?
Your landlord may have keys to your property but does not have the right to enter at any time. The only time your landlord has right of access is to check for any necessary repairs and to do this they need to give you at least 24 hours' written notice.
Does the landlord need to have keys?
A-The law doesn't require the tenant to provide a key to the landlord, nor does it prohibit it. This is a matter for the landlord and tenant to agree upon. Many landlords do not want to keep their tenants' keys because this access can expose them to liability if something is stolen from the apartment.
