Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.

Easy PDF
PDF filler is undoubtedly among the best software I have used for manipulating PDF documents. Easy to use, it offers many features and is less expensive than other software competitors. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand.

How do I set up an invoice?
Sign up for your free account here. Go to Invoices in your online Square Dashboard. Click Create Invoice. Select a customer from your Customer Directory, or enter a new name and email address. Add the invoice details and any applicable discounts. Click Send.
Where do you get the direct link to an invoice in Hero?
From the Invoice Options menu, select Share Invoice. Click the URL to open the online invoice, or click Copy to copy the URL and forward it to your customer. You could also insert the online invoice link placeholder in your email message when emailing an invoice from Hero.
How do I view invoices in Hero?
View your subscription invoices in My Hero Click the Subscriptions & Billing tab. Next to the billing account you want to update and select View invoices. Click on an invoice number to open the online invoice.
How do I view all credit notes in Hero?
In the Business menu, select Purchase overview. Under the Bills heading, click on the relevant status. Paid, Draft, Awaiting Approval or Awaiting Payment. Find the credit note, which is identified with a CR icon. Click into the credit note to open it.
How do I issue an invoice in Hero?
From the header, click the plus icon. And select Invoice. In the To field, enter the name of the customer you're invoicing. Enter the remaining invoice details. (Optional) Attach any relevant files to your invoice. Save the invoice, send it for approval, or approve it yourself.
How do I set up credit card payments in Hero?
Add a credit card account. If this is an existing credit card for a new Hero organization, enter an opening balance for the credit card. (Optional) Set up a bank feed to receive your credit card transactions directly into the account in Hero.
