Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool
While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

How do you send your signature?
Draw your signature using your finger or a stylus. If you have access to a touchscreen, you can use your finger to create an electronic signature directly in your document. Upload an image of your signature. Use your cursor to draw your signature. Use your keyboard to type in your signature.
How do you certify a digital signature?
Choose Tools > Certificates to open the panel. Places a certified signature in either an exiting digital signature field (if available) or in the location you designate. Certifies the document, but your signature appears only in the Signatures panel.
How do I digitally sign a PDF signature?
Open your PDF document. Right-click in the PDF document where you want to add the Digital signature. Select Sign Document from the right-click menu. Select Digital Signature.
