Excellent and Easy to Use pdfFiller for Digital Document Management
Overall, pdfFiller is a great tool for managing digital documents. It is easy to use and allows me to quickly and accurately fill out documents. However, I think the cost of the service is a bit too expensive.

While pdfFiller is a great tool, I find the cost of the service to be a bit too expensive for what it offers. I think there should be more features included with the subscription.

This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! What is the stamp duty on rent agreement in UP?
In UP, Stamp Duty charges for rental agreements are 4% of annual rent + deposit, if term of lease is less than a year. If requisite Stamp Duty is not paid, should any dispute arise, the court may sentence you to pay ten times the original Stamp Duty as penalty.
How much is stamp duty on rent agreement?
There should be a written agreement between the owner and tenant. The agreement should be printed on a Stamp paper of minimum value of Rs.100 or 200/-. Stamp duty is 1% of the total rent plus deposit paid annually or Rs. 500/- whichever is lower.

Then, the charges for registering the rent agreement would be: 2% of the average rent for 12 months which is Rs 5040. This can be explained: the average rent for a month is Rs. 21,000, average rent for one year is 21,000×12 and 2% of this is Rs 5040.
