Great and simple pdf editor
Easily edit, share and secure pdf documents.
This is a basic pdf editor that does everything I need. You can edit by adding text, making notes, make tables, add a signature area, etc. It is also very secure and easy to share and collaborate. Even the free version is awesome.
It's not the fanciest, smoothest software but it gets the job done. I would like to see the interface beautified a bit.

The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. PDF Filler has been a great tool to assist me in the large amount of forms that I have had to edit over the past few months. It is very easy to use. I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. There were a few things that I had to figure out, but overall I give it 5 stars because it is a lot easier to use and edit documents my way than it is for me to do in Adobe PDF. Thanks PDF Filler.

It's a bit soon to rate pdfFiller, because I've only had a little bit of time to get familiar with it, and I've never had experience with anything else that has allowed me to edit a pdf file as this s/w has enabled me to.

What do you like best?
The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.
What do you dislike?
I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.

Can you break a HUD lease?
Under program regulations and leases, termination of assistance occurs when a tenant is no longer eligible for subsidy or to enforce HUD program requirements. The owner may only terminate tenancy in limited circumstances as prescribed by HUD regulations and the lease and must follow HUD and state/local procedures.

How can you legally break a lease?
Understand the potential penalties. The landlord tenant laws that allow you to break a lease are different from state to state. Check your lease. Talk to your landlord about breaking a lease. Offer to help find a new tenant. Consider subletting to avoid breaking a lease.
How can I get out of my HUD lease?
While HUD may not care if you break a lease, you can bet the tenant will. If they don't leave, the only way to get them out is to file to evict them. Unless they have done something to violate the lease, you won't be able to. A judge won't evict them if they haven't violated the lease.
How can I break my HUD lease?
The housing authority cannot end a lease except for serious or repeated violations of lease terms or for other good cause. The housing authority must send the tenant written notice of its intent to evict the tenant.
What happens when you break a lease on Section 8?
There isn't a section 8 lease. If you break the lease under conditions not covered by it, you will be responsible for paying the rent until your lease ends. Also understand that if you break the lease you will have to pay the full amount of rent for the time remaining. Section 8 won't pay in that case.
