I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm . thanks

A perfect user-friendly PDF Editor `*I usually don't look forward to doing PDF editing as it is usually a nightmare. Nothing lines up, missing a feature you need, doesn't save correctly, or you can't send it, etc. This is the first PDF editor that I actually have fun with, super user-friendly, fast learning curve, yet looks professional, is feature rich [in fact it has features the others don't have], and no problems saving and sending or later editing it again down the road. I am just ending a one month free trial offer and will gladly renew it as my permanent PDF editor.

Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to change PDFs and being able to electronically sign documents.

Create a Professional Layout. Your invoice should look professional. Include Company and Client Information. Add an Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and Due Date. Write Each Line Item with a Description of Services. Add-up Line Items for Total Money Owed. Include Simple Payment Terms and Payment Options. Add a Personal Note.
'Invoice' A unique invoice number. Your company name and address. The company name and address of the customer. A description of the goods/services. The date of supply. The date of the invoice. The amount of the individual goods or services to be paid.

Go to Invoices > Overview. Click New Invoice and pick your client. Select Create a blank invoice, then click Next Step. You'll see a blank invoice. You can add a subject line, specify a due date, add taxes, re-order your invoice's line items, and more. Click Save Invoice.
To create a free invoice, just fill out the template below. To print, download or send your invoice for free, click the save button. If you need more options, for example to upload a logo, change the language or currency, click the link below.
Establish clear expectations in the contract. Ask for a deposit. Include contact information and project specifics on the invoice. Include late payment terms on the invoice. Deliver the invoice promptly. Move clients to a retainer contract with recurring billing.
When the client confirms they are happy, email or text a professional invoice within 24-48 hours. On the invoice, be sure to include a payment due date that is within a reasonable time (14 days is standard).
Once you've selected an invoicing system, it's time to get organized so that you can start invoicing clients immediately. The obvious starting point is by inputting your customer's information on your invoice. This includes their name, email address, billing and mailing address, and preferred payment method.
