It has helped me merge my PDF documents and i am able to re-arrange pages. I wish it was not limiting the number of pages though. The number of pages increases once you merge a document and once it exceeds that 150 pages, it does not allow one to re-arrange the pages.

Add a new table Do one of the following: Place the table within the text: Click in the text where you want the table to appear. Click. in the toolbar, then select a table or drag one to the page. Do any of the following: Type in a cell: Click the cell, then start typing.
Format a table in Pages on Mac. Select the table you added to your document, click the Format button on the top right, and choose the Table tab at the top of the sidebar. You'll see plenty of formatting options for your table.
Pages does not split text in rows over to the next page as does Microsoft Word or LibreOffice Writer. If you want the table rows to advance beyond the current page, then you need the Text Wrap on the Arrange panel to show Inline with Text, the default setting when the table is first inserted.
For a basic table, click Insert > Table and move the cursor over the grid until you highlight the number of columns and rows you want. For a larger table, or to customize a table, select Insert > Table > Insert Table. Tips: If you already have text separated by tabs, you can quickly convert it to a table.
In the TextEdit app on your Mac, click where you want to add the table. Choose Format > Table, then use the controls to adjust the number of rows and columns, text alignment, cell color, and other options. Close the window to return to your document.
Add a table to a Page From the page where you want to add the Table, in the ribbon, click the Page tab, and then click the Edit command. Click on the page where you want to add a table, click the Insert tab, and then click Table.
Resize a table Click the table, then click. in its top-left corner. Drag any of the white squares on the edge of the table to make the table larger or smaller: Resize the rows and columns simultaneously: Drag the white square in the corner. Resize the table proportionally: Shift-drag the white square in the corner.
