It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

Difficult to naviagte
Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad.
I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared.
The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Can you remember what all the lower case letters look like when you are filling out forms by hand. I didn't remember, but when you use PDF filler you it does it for you.

If this app does as it looks so far, I can cancel 2 subscriptions for a pdf editor and digital signature app. This will consolidate our work into 1 location. I'm still learning the app but so far, I like it.
