I tried it before purchasing. The font, tick box selection and general feel is better, in my opinion, than that I have experienced with Adobe. My abilities are significantly challenged due to illness. The PDF document that I have to use presents with problems when I run it in other edit utilities. I may call on you if I get stuck, but so far I am favorably impressed with this product. Thanks. ;-)

I like being able to fill in forms from online. $72 is too much for this as I only pay $30 for several other internet programs. There should be a refund.

I am really impressed with how informative and user friendly your program is and I am thrilled with how much easier it is now to deal with pdf files than when I had to do any editing, manipulation and/or signing of them.

What do you like best?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

What is a stamp certificate?
The stamp certificate, when attached to the instrument, means that the instrument has been stamped. The stamp certificate is also your receipt. If you filed the return on behalf of the accountable person, you should give the accountable person a copy of the stamp certificate for their records.
How do I retrieve stamp duty?

How do you determine stamp duty?

How can I get stamp duty online?
You can pay stamp duty online via an electronic secured bank treasury receipt (ester)-an online payment service. It is not an option in any other state. You can log onto the website of the authorized bank, currently IDB Bank, click the link for payment of stamp duty/registration fees.
How do I pay stamp duty and registration?
Stamp duty and registration fees may be paid electronically through Government Receipt Portal System (GRIPS) or by other modes. At present online payment of Stamp Duty and Registration Fees can be made if Stamp Duty payable is more than Rs 5,000/- and it is compulsory if Stamp Duty payable is Rs. 5 Lakhs or more.
When should a tenancy agreement be stamped?
A Tenancy Agreement should be duly stamped and stamp duty paid before the tenant and landlord sign it. However, that almost never happens in practice. So, a Tenancy Agreement can still be stamped without any penalty if: the stamp duty is paid within 14 days when the Tenancy Agreement is signed in Singapore.
How do you get stamp duty on a tenancy agreement?
The agreement should be printed on a Stamp paper of minimum value of Rs. 100 or 200/-. Stamp duty is 1% of the total rent plus deposit paid annually or Rs. 500/- whichever is lower.
