I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

I like it thus far, however, there should be a discount for students, we are on a budget and this would so help. I have recommended your software to other classmates, i really like it, but somewhat pricey for my basic use.

Best FREE PDF filler
This site is both efficient and extremely useful! Out of all the pdf sites I have ever used, this one is the simplest to navigate and does not constantly try to get me to pay for a subscription. I love its many features and will continue to use it.

Everything was very easy to follow and to make a great health record form out of one that you had!! I will never go back to writing each one out by hand!! Plus, it looks so much more professional!! What do you like best?
PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss.
What do you dislike?
I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away.

Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.

I have found the software to be easy to use and has features that similar sites don't have. I have not yet spent much time to learn all of its features but I plan to. I would like to create forms and sell them on your platform. I would like to create some form that would allow a business to evaluate and identify its essential functions so that they may operate efficiently in times of, say a global pandemic.

Can you put someone on a deed without their permission?
Adding Name to House Deed Without Consent. If a person decides to give a gift of real estate to someone, they can purchase that property and deed it to someone else. But that alone will not be sufficient to transfer title to the property to the recipient.
Can someone add you to a deed without your knowledge?
Oddly enough, the person receiving the interest does not sign the deed. In most states you can file a disclaimer or deed of disclaimer that says specifically you were placed in title without your knowledge or consent and disclaim the deed.
What are the tax implications of adding someone to a deed?
IRS gift taxes may apply When you add someone to your deed, the IRS sees it as a gift. That person becomes subject to IRS regulations concerning gifts. As of 2018, the IRS allowable gift limit is $15,000 annually, per person. Gifts that exceed this amount are subject to the gift tax.

Generally, you can't remove your name from the mortgage without the knowledge of your lender, and you need a written consent from them.
