What do you like best?
What I like best is that I can upload my documents. I then edit them as needed. I can print, save, and fax all from within the application. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike?
I cannot pinpoint one thing that I dislike. I use this application regularly. It fits all my day-to-day needs, whether that is business or personal. The fee for business users could have a certain percentage off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of signing documents in the business I work in. With this application, instead of printing the paper, singing it, scanning it back into the computer, then exporting it where it needs to go. I can sign via text and, from there, can ship where it needs to go.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Great free software for editting PDFs. Unfortunately, I could not combine files, or extract pages so I had to go back to using adobe for my business

What is stock release?
Purpose. Communicates to the Warehouse Officer the request from the stock owner to release a given quantity of specific items to a pre-determined receiver. The completed Stock Release form must be signed by both the stock owner (instruction/request) and the Warehouse Manager (acceptance).
What does stock release mean?
Release means they have given you ex worth of stock into your account. But until they vest you can't sell them. Released means you have the right to sell the stock.
What does it mean when shares are released?
Released Shares means any Common Shares which, if issued immediately prior to the date of their issuance, would have been entitled to immediate release under the Escrow Agreement.
How do RSU's work?
A restricted stock unit (RSU) is a form of compensation issued by an employer to an employee in the form of company shares. RSS give an employee interest in company stock, but they have no tangible value until vesting is complete. The restricted stock units are assigned a fair market value when they vest.
How long does it take for stock to vest?
Vesting is known as the time period during which you unconditionally own the stock options that are issued to you by your company. Until you vest the stock options, you forfeit them if you were to leave the company. Typically, that time period is four years.
Is it better to take RSU or stock options?
If you measure 1 RSU against 1 stock option, RSS are pretty much always going to win. Because an RSU is basically just a stock option with a $0 strike price, and a stock option is always going to have a strike price higher than $0. Companies know this and generally will offer you more options than they would RSS.
What is stock release form?
MATERIAL STOCK RELEASE. c. This form to be used for releasing inventoried items (i.e. finished product, parts, raw materials, and printed media) to. Internal departments or suppliers.
What does release of shares from escrow mean?
Understanding Es crowed Shares Escrow is a process whereby money or a financial asset is held by a third party on behalf of two other parties. The assets or funds that are held in escrow remain there and are not released until all the obligations outlined in the agreement are fulfilled.
