Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Stumbled upon this site looking for an easy way to put a pdf together. Great site. If you know how to work Adobe PDF platform, then this site will be easy for you to maneuver. Extra bonus is you get 30 days free to try it out. Literally, all of the features! Super awesome. Definitely give it a try.

Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.
