Thank you for your services! I’ve been working on a very important document to correct my military records, for seven years I’ve been working towards correcting an Ilegal discharge from active duty from the Army. In February I received news that changed my while direction so I started over from scratch. My draft is now complete and now I have all the evidence and events storyboard complete. There was a very important PDF from 2012 that is no longer available on the .gov website so I resorted to Google and found it on your site. Your site helped me to gather the necessary blank PDF forms that proved they did indeed break thelaw. It was a lifesaver for me!

How do you add a picture to a form?
In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to edit. Select the question you want to insert a picture. Click Insert media. The Insert media pane appears on the right side of the form. You can choose to search for pictures and images from Bing, your OneDrive folder, or upload a picture from your computer or device.
How do you insert a picture into a Google form?
You can upload an image, take a snapshot, direct the form to a URL, browse your Albums or your Drive, or do an online search for an image. Once you upload or select your image, it will be incorporated right into the question.
How do you add a picture to an application form?
There will be two separate links for uploading Photograph and Signature. Click on the respective link Upload Photograph / Signature Browse and Select the location where the Scanned Photograph / Signature file has been saved. Select the file by clicking on it. Click the 'Upload' button.
How can I upload my photo in passport size?
Select country and ID photo type, and click Start. Upload photo. In order to correctly make passport photo, the picture size should be smaller than 10 MB, and the dimensions should be smaller than 4000 × 3000 pixels.
Do I staple my photo to my passport application?
When affixing passport photo to Form DS-82, you should to the following. Staple the passport photo to the application. Use the word “Staple” on the application as a guide. Do not bend the photo.
How do I download my passport photo?
Select format of the photo ID, size of the board of passport photos, according standard you want. Upload on the site a photo of you, result from the camera of your smartphone, webcam, camera or a scanning of a paper photo.
