editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.

How do I find information on a deed?
Locate the county where the property is located. Check the tax assessor's website to find the assessor's parcel number (APN) for the property. Go to the county recorder's website.
