I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

Time is Money
The document import feature, text alignment tools, and being able to directly type into the document has saved me a lot of time hand-writing statements. This is a good product. Thanks!

Good layout and simple to understand
Good layout and simple to understand. However, while editing I realised that it does change the original size of the item when it is converted the format.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! I would recommend this site
I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.
