What do you like best?
I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

very easy to use It is very easy to use, very self explanatory. If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

This is only used once in awhile. Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well. This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Click File > Options > Advanced. Under Autarchic, click Autarchic Settings. Click the Run Autarchic every n days box and specify how often to run Autarchic. Choose any other options you want, such as having Outlook delete old items instead of archiving them.
Click the Other tab, and then click Autarchic. Select or deselect the first checkbox to enable or disable Autarchic. To change the settings for individual folders (e.g., Inbox, Calendar, Sent Items, Tasks) right-click the folder and choose Properties, and then click the Autarchic tab.
You need to go to the settings for Gmail on mail.google.com and go to the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab. Then you need to turn Auto-Expunge OFF.
Change the Autarchic settings for an individual folderSelect Tools > Options and then select the Other tab. Select Autarchic. Select the Run Autarchic every n days check box, and then specify how often to run Autarchic. Select the options that you want. Click OK.
When your new messages appear to be archived, it's in fact a result of Gmail's handling of archived messages. Instead of a folder entitled “All Archive” or Archive, like most other email providers, Gmail has a section entitled “All Mail”. True to the name, this contains all messages, new and archived alike.
