What do you like best?
I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.

There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.

I love it
I love it! I am a teacher and due to COVID-19, I have had to learn how to teach online. This program allows me to give feedback directly on the page for each student, as well as create and personalize assignments. It's been a lifesaver!

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! Occasionally I have had to extract some images of pdf files, for which this program has helped me and pleasantly surprised, since the process is very fast and the conversion of the file to images is quite fast and of good quality. Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids

2.- process of converting from and to pdf is quite fast.
3.- The results are quite good.

1.- Sometimes, but due to page saturation problems it becomes a bit slow.
2.- You require constant internet connection so if you do not have access you can not use the online program.

I am having some difficulties with the…formatting and printing
I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Thank you for your great support and for hiring a great employee like Ralph! He is amazing and I truly appreciate him.
