Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

On the Insert tab, in the “Header & Footer” group, click Page Number. Click Top of Page, Bottom of Page, or Page Margins, depending on where you want page numbers to appear in your document. Choose a page numbering design from the gallery of designs.
If you want continuous pagination that is all in the same format, go to the Insert Ribbon, and in the Header & Footer Group, click on the Page Number icon. Choose the appropriate placement of the number and a style. If you are writing a Rack ham dissertation, you have more complicated pagination.
(1) Refers to numbering pages in a document. Most word processors automatically paginate documents based on a page size that you specify. Some word processors enable you to avoid widows and orphans during pagination.
Double-click anywhere on the header or footer to unlock it. Click the Page Number command. Page numbering will appear. To edit the font, font size, and alignment of page numbers, select a page number and click the Home tab. When you're finished, press the Esc key.
There are two ways to select the Insert pages tool: 1. On the Home tab, in the Pages group, click Insert. In the Open dialog, select the document to insert. Click Open. In the Insert Pages dialog, select from the available page range options, and specify where the pages should be placed within your file. Click Insert.
