It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

Some of the features are limited to premium service only. I'd like to see more of these included in the standard package.

Click on your table of contents. Choose Update Table. Select Update Entire Table. Click OK.
Select text, an image, or a table from the document panel 3. Select the Options' menu at the top of the Tags pane and then select Find Tag from Selection. When a piece of content is incorrectly tagged, the tag needs to be updated. This can either be done directly in the tag tree or using the touch up reading order tool.
Go to References > Table of Contents > Custom Table of Contents. Select Modify. In the Styles list, click the level that you want to change and then click Modify. In the Modify Style pane make your changes. Select OK to save changes.
Click where you want to insert the table of contents usually near the beginning of a document. Click References > Table of Contents and then choose an Automatic Table of Contents style from the list.
In the Styles gallery, click the More button, and then click Save Selection as a New Quick Style. Give your new style a name, and then apply it to all the headings you want. Now, when you're ready to insert a table of contents, click References, click Table of Contents, and then click Insert Table of Contents.
