The forms are easier to provide typed information into rather than trying to write it in and not having enough space. It's also easier to delete and correct mistakes rather than try using white-out with ink pen entry.

I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

Pdfiller is very suitable. It is good for filling, sending, signing. Good support and reliable system.
Sometimes after the updates, it stops working as usual. Some time is needed for waiting for patches.

Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
How do you date a PDF form?
Open the PDF file that you will use the form for. From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields Click Text Field Tool. Position the cursor where you want the text field to begin. Click and drag the mouse until the text field reaches the desired size. Release the mouse button.

How do I insert an auto date in PDF?
Select the Tools (right corner) > Forms > Create or Edit > Add New Field, and create a text field. Select the Format tab, choose Date for the format category, and choose a month, day, and year format option (for example, “MMM d, YYY”).
