PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. I highly recommend this program and can vouch for customer support who are there to help.

What do you like best?
I subscribed to pdfFiller because a vendor sent me a pdfFiller form document that I needed to print. I canceled within the 30 day free trial period before my company card was charged. The cancelation was easy and the PDFfiller customer support desk was very responsive and professional in explaining a small temporary charge to my card. I likely will end up a customer.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing to dislike in my experience with pdfFiller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are making this review process too tedious. I cannot type a novel. It seems like a very professional, well-run company and good product.

I forgot to cancel after free subscription expired.... My account was debited for the year subscription but my rent was die and they refunded my money. I was so scared about how to get the money.... No worries at all thank you

Well I am very computer savvy but there have been some challenges to learning pdffiller
I was creating fillable forms and then opening them on my Mac using Preview and the fillable fields wouldn't show. Then I opened with Adobe reader and everything was fine.
I would like to know if it is possible for me to create a pdf that my students could use their stylus to write and draw on?

I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

How do you do a split disbursement in DTS?
Answer: In the DTS travel voucher, go to the Additional Options > Payment Totals screen. Compare the total at the bottom of the Individual GO VCC($) column with the outstanding GCC balance obtained by calling City or visiting Co-manager.
How do I set up partial payments in DTS?
Simply go to the Additional Options > Partial Payments section of your authorization. If your TRY is over 45 days, select the Scheduled Partial Payments button; DTS takes care of the rest and displays the details of your partial payments (e.g., payment dates, payment amounts).
How long does it take for DTS payment?
In my experience, if you file your voucher correctly, and it doesn't get kicked back for anything, it will take 3-5 days for the voucher to be marked “PAID” and then another 24-48 hours for the money to hit my bank account.

How do I track my DTS payment?
Defense Agency employees can check the status of travel vouchers in may. Login and select “Travel Voucher Advice of Payment” from your main menu. Call 1-888-332-7366 (DSN 699-0300) the self-service telephone line to find out if your voucher has been paid.
How do I know if my DTS is approved?
Check document status by logging in to DTS. Go to “Official Travel” vouchers or authorization, and then look in the “Sort by Status” column. Or, go to the digital signature page within the document.
