Very usable
It was easy to get started and the options were not too hard to locate
erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc

This is the greatest software for online documents
I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online

What do you like best?
I subscribed to pdfFiller because a vendor sent me a pdfFiller form document that I needed to print. I canceled within the 30 day free trial period before my company card was charged. The cancelation was easy and the PDFfiller customer support desk was very responsive and professional in explaining a small temporary charge to my card. I likely will end up a customer.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing to dislike in my experience with pdfFiller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are making this review process too tedious. I cannot type a novel. It seems like a very professional, well-run company and good product.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I had an occasion to need a form filler on a ***. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

Very easy to navigate and the files (png images) actually convert to a PDF with the correct size, unlike other sites I paid for and was unsatisfied with the resulting PDF. Thanks!
