After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.

Easy & simple to use!
Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention.
I don't see any improvements that need to be made, I really like this product.

Have not been able to successfully append a document more than 5 pages. That process does not appear to be very user friendly to figure out. Would love some guidance on how to do specific things with this program now that I have purchased it for a year!
