Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

Perfect Software for Small Business I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system. Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images. Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Had an unknown charge from pdf filler… Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf. I would like to be able to download the form to my computer and post to my company website and have all features work.

Open a new or existing estimate or invoice. Add any transaction info, as usual. Select Get Signature. Let your customer sign with their finger. They can always clear it and sign again. Select Done (Android) or Save (iPhone/iPad)
Click Sales on the left panel. Select Customers. Click the customer's name on the list. Click the Edit icon in the upper right-hand corner. Go to the Address tab at the bottom, and then add the email and phone in the Billing address field. Click OK.
Just Skip Down a blank line; or, click on a line and use... Just Skip Down a blank line; or, click on a line and use Edit menu to see the Insert Line command (CTV + Insert key) to insert blank Lines. Using the Enter key in Description is like Paragraph, not New Line.
Click on the Gear icon at the top. Select on Custom Forms Styles. Choose your invoice template. Click on the Content tab. Tap the upper portion of the template. Enter your name beside the company name. Under the Display section at the bottom, click on Custom field.
To change your default email signature, log back into your Quickbooks account and choose the Gear icon at the top right, followed by Your Company > Account and Settings > Sales > Messages.
Once your signature is scanned and encoded in the proper format, AMS Payroll can print that signature on your checks automatically. To have your signature scanned, visit /support/downloads/signature-scan-form and download a signature scan form.
Electronic Signature Capture — Real Signed Checks While there are many software programs available that allow you to accept checks by phone, by fax or the internet — Vcheck is the only system that allows you to print checks with the customer's actual signature included!
After logging into your Quickbooks account, choose Edit > Preferences > Send Forms > Company Preferences. From here, you can change the default email templates for forms and reports. If you want to add an invoice number to your invoices' subject lines, for instance, simply click on Change default for Invoices.
