Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Its good for the most part - the downside is it doesnt open for me on the first try and it asks me to sign in everytime i need to print or save a doc. even though I pay for the service. Annoying that it doesnt recognize me when I use the app.

I am retired and use it mostly for medical forms. A little difficult to learn how to begin but once I figured it out everything worked just the way I wanted and I learned more as I went along.

It is very easy to use and available for mobile app. Constantly improving and mobile apps features have improved a lot and seem a lot of functions than before.

People don’t know the program, so they are afraid to open when i send to request a signature.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiller for several years and it is essential to my law practice. I haven't used a typewriter to fill in forms since I began using PDFfiller. Especially helpful filling out long questionnaire forms which may have to be changed as additional information is received. Great product!
What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I dislike about PDFfiller.

As mentioned above, while I could fill out forms by writing in the information, my handwriting is terrible. Using PDFfiller allows me to type in answers on forms which then look very professional.

It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
