What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

What do you like best?
I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure!
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.

I don’t have a printer and have to email any thing needed printing to my daughter I was able to send my document to her email address to get printed.Thank you

The features and tools of PDF filler editor are really perfect.
I can describe it as a strongest online PDF editor in comparison with another services.
With this service you dont need any expensive PDF editor softwares like Adobe Acrobat on your own system.

Some fonts and non-Latin languages not supported.

Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.

Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

Can you handle multiple calls at the same time?
Receive Multiple Calls at Once. Call Stacking allows you to receive multiple calls at the same time, even if you run your business from a single phone. Your callers will wait on hold until your phone becomes available to receive the next call. Now you no longer need multiple lines to receive multiple calls!
How do you handle multiple calls?
It's easy to place a call on hold using your Android phone as long as your cellular provider hasn't disabled that feature. Simply touch the Hold icon. To uphold the call, touch the Hold icon again. The icon may change its look, for example, from a pause symbol to a play symbol.
How do you answer multiple calls?
Answer the call. Touch the green Answer icon to answer the incoming call. The call you're on is placed on hold.
Send the call directly to voicemail. Touch the Ignore icon. The incoming call is sent directly to voicemail.
