Able to change words on documents-So helpful
I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. How to Use the Standardize Comment Work Feature in pdfFiller
The Standardize Comment Work feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily organize and standardize comments in your documents. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the document you want to work on in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Comments' tab located on the left side of the screen.

Select the comment you want to standardize by clicking on it.

Once the comment is selected, click on the 'Standardize' button at the top of the comments panel.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to edit the comment's text, font, color, and other formatting options.

Make the desired changes to the comment and click 'Save' to apply them.

Repeat the process for any other comments you want to standardize.

To remove standardization from a comment, select it and click on the 'Remove Standardization' button in the comments panel.

You can also use the 'Apply to All' button to apply the same standardization settings to all comments in the document.

Once you have finished standardizing your comments, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
