Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. How do I sync my charter email with Outlook?
Open Outlook. Select the File tab. In the Info category, select Account Settings > Account Settings in the drop-down list. Select the Email tab. Select New. Select Manual setup or additional server types, and then select Next. Select IMAP, and then select Next.

Charter.com supports IMAP / SMTP This means you don't have to use Charter.com's webmail interface! You can check your email and send messages using other email programs (like Mainspring, Outlook Express, Apple Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird). Using desktop email applications can improve your workflow.

Charter Communications SMTP outgoing mail server: SMTP.charter.net. Charter Communications NEWS server: NNTP.charter.net.
