What do you like best?
As a Realtor, my whole business is based on electronic documentation. PDF filler is kind of named poorly, because it really is a PDF editor. It allows you to easily change almost anything on a pdf document...across both desktop and mobile platforms. It simply works as you'd expect it to...every time. I use it practically every day.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for generating lines (how about a toggle into and out of orthagonal for a line?) It should allow deeper zooming with a thumbnail view showing where you are in the overall document. I like my pdfs to look perfect and sometimes these limit me in that goal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A Realtor literally lives or dies on his/her electronic documentation. This tool lets me master the changes that inevitably occur with documents. I use it every day.

Use at least an 11-point font. Write faxes in a business-letter format when possible. Margins should be one inch on the left and right sides and one and a half inches on the top and bottom, if possible. Single-space your letter, double-spacing between paragraphs.
Tip: If you're already in Word for the web, get to the fax templates by going to File > New, and then below the template images click More on Office.com. You'll be on the Templates for Word page. In the list of categories, click Fax Covers. To print the fax cover sheet, press Ctrl+P, and wait for the Print dialog.
Write Recipient's fax number and then a colon. Fill in this line with the correct fax number where you are sending the fax. Write Number of pages of the fax including the fax cover sheet, followed by a colon. Count the number of pages that you are faxing and add one for the fax cover sheet.
A professional fax cover sheet will usually include important contact information. A professional cover sheet should include the sender details, including name, address, phone number, and fax number. Enter the date. Date the top of your fax cover letter so the recipient knows when it was sent. Enter the recipient's contact information. Create a new paragraph underneath the date to address your fax cover letter. Enter the sender's contact information. Enter a subject line. Enter the body of the letter. Close the letter.
Write the company name followed by a colon. Then you can write down the name of the company where you are sending the fax. Write To followed by a colon a couple of lines down. Fill the name with the person who is going to receive the fax.
