When you have no device to print out and thrn scan..you can use this software.
It is very good software since you can edit signs and print document without having device to print out.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.

Can you move out before your 30-day notice is up?
Your landlord can't force you to remain living in the property if you want to leave, or 'refuse permission' for you to vacate. So if you want to move out before the end of your notice period that's fine so long as you pay the landlord the rent he is entitled to up to the end of your notice period.
Can you move out before your 60-day notice is up?
Because you are now month to month, the general rule under California Civil Code section 1946.1 is that your landlord can serve you with a 60-day notice to terminate tenancy in writing without saying why she wants you to move out.
How do you get out of a 60-day notice?
You can give 60 days' notice as if you only had a periodic tenancy. To do this, you must first ask your landlord in writing to give you a standard lease to sign. If the landlord does so, you have 30 days to give your notice. If the landlord does not do so, you can give your notice after waiting at least 21 days.
Does a 60-day notice go on your record?
A 60-day notice is not a court order to vacate, and does not appear on a persons credit report.
What happens if you don't give 30 days notice before moving?
If you fail to give proper notice, you may have to pay rent for another month or for the length of your lease if it automatically renewed. However, there's always the option of subletting your apartment if your landlord and/or lease allow for it.
Do I have to give landlord 30 days notice?
In general, the longer the lease term, the more notice the tenant must give. It is generally accepted that tenants must give the landlord at least 30 days' notice prior to the date of lease termination.
