I did a lot of shopping , signed up with a few other apps, once I tried this one,I went back to all the ones I was on a free trial with and cancelled . This was the one. It was easy and I was able to use it the way I wanted immediately and have been using it almost every day.

Very Easy to use and meet the needs that I had for documents able to make changes on a PDF and electronic sign them as well. Thank you for that ease of use. Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible. Printing completed documents, I have to save them first and then find the ones that I have just amended to print

Generally databases are best for data and the file system is best for files. It depends on what you're planning to do with the image though. If you're storing images for a web page then it's best to store them as a file on the server. The web server will very quickly find an image file and send it to a visitor.

Reasons in favor of storing files in the database: Having the files and database in sync and able to participate in transactions can be very useful. Files go with the database and cannot be orphaned from it. Backups automatically include the file binaries.
If you decide to store images in SQL Server then it is highly recommended that you use a separate table for storing those pictures. For example, if you have a table storing Employee information, do not store images of your employees or other employee documents within the same table.
Unstructured files can be stored in the ORDINARY or IMAGE column of an SQL Server table. This approach is effective to maintain transactional consistency and reduces the file management complexity, but when the client application reads data from the SQL table, it uses SQL memory which leads to poor performance.
A database gives you the opportunity to store photos and other small images in a database table. You can create such a database table for example when you want to create an online photo album with descriptions of your photos. Storing images in a database table is not recommended.
There are basically two types SQL and NoSQL. I would suggest go for NoSQL for storing large data of videos and images. Encrypt these data and save in database and since NoSQL is much faster than SQL, so data is fetched very fast. So MongoDB is best according to me.
